  About Me...


 

I've a fun, relaxed, laidback teaching style born from 12 years travelling, living & working around the world 

 My energetic, passionate approach to Yoga both in my 20 year daily personal practice and over 12 years teaching has been cultivated  from extensive consistent training with the best teachers in the UK, USA and around the world. My original training was with the British Wheel of Yoga, a 3 year 500 hour Diploma

I believe in continually challenging myself to go into a beginner's mind to empathise with my students, and so regularly attend Yoga, Barre and dance/fitness classes

  I teach a blend of Hatha, Restorative, Ashtanga, Vinyasa  Flow, Meditation and Mindfulness. Also trained in Freedom Style Meditation Yoga, Yin Restorative Yoga Therapy, Teen Yoga, Women's    Yoga, Mindfulness teacher training  

  Neuro Lingustic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. Previously Subject Matter Expert for Yoga for ITEC Qualification panel
